One of the most difficult questions for me to answer well is “In terms of music, what do you do?” I always have a moment of hesitation as I decide what to say first: I am a solo pianist, piano teacher, or worship leader.  Each of these involves similar skills but can be totally difference experiences at times! Plus, each requires some qualification if I really want someone to understand exactly what I do and how I do it. 

I think of myself first as a worship leader, then a solo pianist and piano teacher.  Everything else I do is in service to those ends.  I am possibly most known for music ministry and wouldn't have it any other way.  I have been involved in leading worship for the past 13 years.  It has definitely not been an easy experience, but it's been one that I'm glad I took and persisted through because of its rewards.
